If you are purchasing on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the legal authority to bind that organization to these terms.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the operator of disctest.org. References in these Terms to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean disctest.org as operated by Cecilia Eloísa Alba Ortiz, sole trader, established at C/ Jiménez Aranda 1, 41015 Sevilla, Spain.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction, to purchase services on disctest.org. By completing a purchase, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at contact@disctest.org if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Purchases, Pricing, and Taxes

All prices displayed on disctest.org are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store or have access to your payment card details at any point.

For organizations requiring formal invoicing, you must provide accurate billing information including company name, billing address, and tax identification number (VAT/EIN/CIF). Invoices are issued electronically following payment confirmation.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Any price change will take effect on new purchases only and will not affect active plans already purchased.

5. Delivery of Digital Content

Delivery of all digital services is immediate upon payment confirmation. Following a successful purchase, you will receive:

  • An email confirmation with your purchase receipt
  • Access to your HR Administrator dashboard, from which you can send Assessment links to candidates
  • The completed 17-page Dossier delivered in PDF format immediately upon the candidate completing the Assessment

If you do not receive your confirmation email within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder and contact us at contact@disctest.org.

6. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

Given the nature of our services as personalized digital content, the following refund policy applies:

Unused assessment credits (individual and fixed packs): If you have purchased assessment credits and have not yet sent any Assessment links or generated any Dossiers, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Partially used packs: If you have used one or more assessments from a multi-assessment pack, the used assessments are non-refundable. Unused credits in the same pack may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion within 14 days of purchase.

Completed assessments: Once an Assessment has been completed and a Dossier has been generated, that assessment is considered a delivered and consumed digital service and is non-refundable. This is consistent with EU consumer law provisions for digital content that has been fully executed.

Annual Licenses (Practitioner and Enterprise Unlimited): If you have not accessed the HR Administrator dashboard, have not generated any Dossiers, and have not accessed the DISC Methodology & Platform Training Program content, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. If you have generated Dossiers or accessed the Training Program content, the annual license is non-refundable.

To request a refund: Email contact@disctest.org with your order number and reason for the request. We will process eligible refunds within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7. Platform Use

Your access to the disctest.org platform is personal and non-transferable. You agree to use the platform solely for legitimate professional purposes, including talent assessment, hiring support, team development, consulting engagements, executive coaching, and leadership training.

You may not share your account credentials with other individuals or allow third parties to access your HR Administrator dashboard. The specific scope of permitted use for each plan tier — including whether the plan supports use with external clients (consulting / coaching) or is restricted to internal organizational use — is defined in Section 8 below.

8. Annual Licenses — Practitioner and Enterprise Unlimited

disctest.org offers two distinct annual unlimited licenses. Each license has its own scope of permitted use. The license you purchased determines the activities permitted under your account.

8.A — Practitioner License ($4,997/year)

The Practitioner License is designed for solo consultants, executive coaches, recruiters, and independent HR professionals. It grants the following rights for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase:

Permitted uses: Delivering DISC assessments to your own consulting and coaching clients on a white-label basis; using the platform as part of a recruitment, executive search, or talent advisory engagement; conducting unlimited assessments across all your client engagements during the 12-month license term.
  • Single administrator: The Practitioner License is granted to a single named administrator. The administrator may not share login credentials with associates, employees, or any third parties.
  • White-label use: The license permits delivery of Dossiers to your clients under your own consulting brand, subject to the intellectual property terms in Section 10.
  • License duration: Valid for 12 consecutive months from the date of purchase. Does not auto-renew. Renewal requires a new manual purchase.
  • Anti-marketplace clause: The Practitioner License permits white-label delivery to your direct consulting/coaching clients. It does not permit operating a retail storefront, public marketplace, or self-service portal where individual assessments are sold to the general public using your Practitioner account.

8.B — Enterprise Unlimited License ($7,497/year)

The Enterprise Unlimited License is designed for organizations conducting DISC assessments internally across their workforce. It grants the following rights for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase:

Permitted uses: Internal hiring and talent assessment across the purchasing organization; team behavioral mapping and Group Reports for team-level analytics; leadership development programs for internal staff; succession planning and internal talent pipelines.
  • Up to three administrators: The Enterprise Unlimited License grants access to up to three named administrator accounts within the purchasing organization.
  • Internal use only: The license is granted for assessments of the purchasing organization’s own candidates, employees, and contractors. It does not permit delivery to external clients on a consulting basis (this use case is covered by the Practitioner License).
  • Group Reports included: Enterprise Unlimited includes access to team-level Group Reports for behavioral analytics across teams and departments.
  • License duration: Valid for 12 consecutive months from the date of purchase. Does not auto-renew. Renewal requires a new manual purchase.
  • Anti-resale clause: The Enterprise Unlimited License does not permit operating as a retail reseller of DISC assessments to third parties, creating a public marketplace, or otherwise commercializing the assessment delivery to non-affiliated organizations or individuals.

Violation of license scope: Use of either Annual License outside its defined scope (for example, using a Practitioner License to run a public marketplace, or using an Enterprise Unlimited License to deliver assessments to external consulting clients) may result in suspension of the account without refund and may trigger an upgrade requirement to the appropriate license.

No auto-renewal: Neither the Practitioner License nor the Enterprise Unlimited License automatically renews. We do not automatically charge your payment method at the end of the 12-month term. Continuation requires a new manual purchase.

9. DISC Methodology & Platform Training Program

Certain plan tiers — Team Pack (10 assessments and above), Practitioner License, and Enterprise Unlimited License — include complimentary access to the DISC Methodology & Platform Training Program. The following conditions apply:

  • Nature of the program: The program is a professional training program covering the DISC methodology and the disctest.org platform, designed for HR professionals, consultants, and executives. It is not an accredited university degree or a regulated psychological qualification.
  • Access: Training access is granted per administrator seat included in your plan and is non-transferable. Sharing login credentials for training content with individuals outside your organization (or, for Practitioner License holders, outside your own personal use) is a breach of these terms.
  • URL confidentiality: Access to the training platform is provided via a private link delivered to your email following purchase. This link must not be shared publicly.
  • Module releases: If specific modules are designated as upcoming at the time of purchase, access will be granted upon their official release. No additional charge applies.

10. Intellectual Property

The disctest.org assessment methodology, the 17-page Strategic Dossier layout and content structure, the scoring algorithm, all training materials, and all associated content are the exclusive intellectual property of disctest.org (operated by Cecilia Eloísa Alba Ortiz).

Upon completing a purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the generated Dossiers for the business purposes permitted under your plan tier (as defined in Sections 7 and 8). You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or commercialize the underlying technology, scoring matrices, report templates, or training content.

For Practitioner License holders: White-label delivery of Dossiers to your direct clients is permitted under the conditions specified in Section 8.A. The underlying methodology and report structure remain the intellectual property of disctest.org; only the cover branding and delivery context may be customized to your consulting brand.

Generated Dossiers may be shared internally within the purchasing organization and with the assessed candidate. They may not be published, sold, or distributed to third parties outside of the engagement for which they were generated.

11. Acceptable Use

By using the Platform, you agree that you will not:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the Platform
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring algorithm or assessment methodology
  • Use DISC assessment results as the sole or primary basis for hiring, firing, or promotion decisions in violation of applicable employment discrimination law
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
  • Misrepresent your identity or your organization’s nature when creating an account or requesting services

DISC behavioral assessments are designed to support — not replace — professional judgment in people decisions. Results should always be considered alongside interviews, references, and other objective criteria.

12. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers to operate our platform, including Stripe, Inc. for payment processing and Smartsupp for asynchronous written chat support. These providers operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party providers beyond our contractual data processing agreements with them.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities.

DISC behavioral assessments are psychometric support tools intended to aid professional decision-making. They do not constitute psychological, psychiatric, or clinical diagnoses. Results should be interpreted by qualified professionals in conjunction with other available information. disctest.org is not liable for any decisions made solely on the basis of DISC assessment results.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of disctest.org to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.

disctest.org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

disctest.org is not liable for hiring, firing, promotion, or any other employment decisions made by your organization or by your clients (in the case of Practitioner License holders) based on DISC assessment results.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless disctest.org, its operating entity, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your misuse of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

16. Privacy

Your use of disctest.org is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain (European Union). Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seville, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

If you are a consumer located in the United States, nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable U.S. federal or state law (including, where applicable, the California Consumer Privacy Act).

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of disctest.org following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
